Simple and easy way to input, update and review Sales and Purchase bills. Basic invoice details like customer name, invoice date/number are entered at the invoice level. There are two yellow data sheets – top one for inputting bill items and the bottom sheet showing the up-to-date inventory list for easy selection.
User selects inventories from the bottom data sheet(inventory data) for existing items. Selected inventory item appears on the top data sheet(current invoice sheet). New inventory can be directly input into invoice sheet. After providing quantity and price user can click OK button to complete the billing. Previous bills can be viewed using REVIEW button.
Cash Transaction Screen
Manual cash transactions like payment for the previous bills, NEFT/UPI bank transfers etc can be input using the Cash Transaction screen.
